In November, CEC Chair Melanie Chen was invited to be the guest speaker at Oxford Energy Society. She presented “Transformational Horizons for Caribbean Energy Security”. It was inspiring to meet a wide range of Oxford University students from all different subjects who asked a range of questions which gave rise to engaging discussions. CEC thanks OES for this invitation as well as for hosting the memorable dinner at Formal Hall in New College.
