Third Countries Operator Portal
The European Commission operationalized the Third Countries Operators Portal on 31 December 2024. This portal enables operators from third countries to submit data on their installations directly into the registry. To access the Third Countries Operators Portal, operators from non-EU countries must request registration with the European Commission.

CariGreen: Your Gateway to Caribbean Clean Energy Information
CariGreen was launched in 2021 by The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) to serve as a single repository to support citizen, academic and investor research into Caribbean clean energy. The site curates and centralises news and data on regional renewable energy projects from various partner organisations, providing information on available opportunities, financing, planning, energy markets and technology developments.
CSME e-Application Platform
The Platform, which was launched on 23 April, 2024 allows CARICOM nationals, at home and in the Diaspora abroad to apply for a CSME Skills Certificate and/or the Right of Establishment from any-where in the world. It provides CARICOM nationals the opportunity to live and seek gainful employment within the twelve (12) approved categories of skilled workers or establish a business within any of the fourteen (14) CSME Member States.
