Verne Emmanuel is a Professional Chemical Engineer in Saint Lucia  & the Bahamas. Mr. Emmanuel is the Director of the Saint Lucia  Bureau of Standards, the Secretary of the Association of Professional  Engineers of Saint Lucia and Member of the Engineers Registration Board  of Saint Lucia.
